His most senior position was as Deputy Director in a multi-billion-dollar construction negotiation. There, he successfully guided multiple concurrently negotiating teams, helping them move from conflict to collaboration — and ultimately to a successful agreement. Leveraging more than 1,500 hours of team coaching experience, Alexey has a proven track record of guiding C-suite business teams through the complexities of communication, alignment, and trust. On top of that, Alexey has delivered over 10,000 hours of negotiation training, making him highly adaptable in selecting the best approaches for team growth — from coaching to training. The key distinction here is that he doesn’t just teach theory; he brings hands-on experience from boardrooms and high-pressure deal tables to create practical, results-driven coaching sessions.
