The report provides not only mean scores but also σ (standard deviation), helping you better understand the degree of team cohesion and fragmentation. For example, you might get 7 as the mean score for Trust in your team. But should you consider it “good enough,” or is it worth having a conversation about? It depends — did ten people all score 7, or did half the team score 9 while the other half scored 5? Standard deviation will highlight the “9 and 5” scenario, indicating significant variation in perceptions. In this case, starting a conversation around the issue is definitely recommended.

You can leverage these insights to plan an impactful workshop, covering topics one by one — whether you facilitate it yourself or work with a professional coach.
